Contact/FAQ
How do I clean my Pushchair?
The fabric is backed with a waterproof coating. Brush off any dirt and more intense cleaning can be done by hand using warm water and a mild soap. Rinse off soap and don’t use detergents or bleach. Air dry. The fabric is fade resistant, but not fade proof.
For the frame and wheels, brush off dirt regularly and clean with a non-abrasive household cleaner and soft cloth. Wash off sand and salt from your Phil and Ted’s buggy after going to the beach. Always dry frame after becoming wet. Paint chips can be repaired with a touch up kit.
What do I do if I have a problem?
Contact your original place of purchase. The retailer has a great knowledge of Phil & Ted’s products and will be able to arrange a repair/replacement part where necessary.
Try searching Phil & Ted’s support pages in case the issue is known.
For out of warranty and for difficult to find spare or replacement parts your retailer or Phil & Ted’s UK distributor may help - OutnAbout (http://outnabout-atp.co.uk/). Tel: 01234 344230.
Send and email to care@philandteds.com for specific product queries.
Why is the foot break so hard?
The foot brake found on classic, sport & twin buggies is purposely made to be stiff under strict safety regulations. This is so a child seated in a double kit cannot reach back and release an otherwise stationary brake.

What about gear for travelling with baby?
Phil and Ted’s Travel System offers an easy way to combine a pushchair with dependable car seat.
Can I use a buggy board with Phil & Ted’s inline buggies?
As Phil & Ted’s buggies are made to carry up to two children they have not been designed to carry a buggy board. One would also not fit due to the location of the brakes.
